Ok some background on this one. ChatRoulette is a site that allows u to video or normal chat with a random person. it is the best way to pull some antics on people. as quoted by collegehumor.com, 75% of chats are videos of "naughty bits". With this in mind, someone took 1 body body part, made it look like something else, and we get to see reactions.
